- Have a brand name on your CV.
- Timely pay & yearly increment.
- No learning opportunity.
- Management is sometimes rude.
- No movement or IJP. (If you are too good to lick the shoes, then you can.)
Mid-level management should change its attitude towards its work, or else face this high attrition rate. None of the employees are happy because of these mentioned reasons.
