If you're Malaysian and looking for career growth, you can start looking at other companies. They will never value your work or appreciate you, no matter how hard you work or how much time and effort you spend for the company.
They start with a contract and will remove you last minute before the contract end date. Mine was 2 days before my contract ended, after 2 years of working with them.
They removed most Malaysians and kept more foreigners. What a joke.
