I applied through another source. The process took 3 weeks. The interview process typically starts with an initial screening call with a recruiter to discuss background, experience, and role fit. This is followed by one or more technical interviews

It is a routine consulting interview. Some technical and some soft skills. It depends on the interviewer's background. Since it is a consulting company, the quality and style of questioning varies.

In my case, there were only two rounds of interviews before I was presented with an offer. They were not on the more technical side. I would describe the process as fairly easygoing.
