Pros

They have a lot of clients across the US, so there is never a shortage of roles.

You don't have to worry if a project or contract comes to an end.

Cons

Policies for visa holders (non greencard or US citizens) are bad.

  • Relocation benefits are non-competitive.
  • No significant salary raises unless you get promoted, not on par with market rate.
  • No help on visa/GC issues unless you have a solid contact or support from your senior management.
  • They screw up performance ratings if you try to leave a project for your own career goals.
Advice to Management

Be more supportive of career choices and changes in roles.

Be more supportive of decent relocation bonuses.
