The new COVID policy makes the company all-inclusive for vaccinated people only, removing all choice.
Your health is no longer your own choice. Your religious views and medical limitations are not of any concern, as they will not approve any exemption. So, either get the jab or be fired.
They don't care about your health. They will work you to the bone and promise you it will get better, but it never does. The entire COVID policy is just to look good for the clients, at the expense of the US-based teams. Our body, not our choice. We basically have to "self" our body to our client to keep our jobs.
Grow a backbone and support your people. Push back on the clients and the higher leadership.
Without your team, you are not leading anyone but yourselves.
Teams are getting tired of feeling left out, used, and exploited.
