Pros

If you travel, you get a company credit card.

Lots of training, but if you have no OTJ experience, you're not considered a good candidate.

Cons

Most awards go to offshore or nearshore employees. There is no OT pay. Projects are disorganized, especially when competitors are alongside Accenture at client facilities. There is no project management support when on a project.

Advice to Management

Never tell a counselee "Good Luck" when searching for a project, because it's dismissive.

Volunteer your time and connections to assist.

Ensure you know where and what your employee is doing before drastic action is engaged.
