The project should be selected after taking feedback.
Don't expect a new person joining your team to work as efficiently as experienced people in your team. Don't disgrace them for not being productive like other tenured members.

Great interview process with experienced leads talking about the company culture. The first interview was a skills-based interview, followed by a conversational interview. Very quick process and the recruiters were very helpful.
AIML Engineer
After the shortlist, the first round of the interview focused on the Google Cloud Vertex AI. It covered model monitoring, model deployment using FastAPI, supervised and unsupervised models, and multiple Google Cloud services.
