The "Hire and Fire Policy" is the worst thing at Accenture. Every year, they fire 5% of employees. In this process, even good employees are sometimes fired if non-performing ones aren't found.

There are many managerial lobbies which can hinder your progress.
Be ethical in terms of promoting employees and value the existing workforce as well. Try to get hold of leaders who create lobbies around.
