I consider it a very good company to start and gain experience. It offers many benefits, such as flexible hours (depending on the project), home office, lunch card, internet reimbursement, free Megatlon gym memberships, among others.
Average salary, on the lower side. The work environment will depend heavily on the project you are assigned to.
