Very good for beginners; they have N number of ways to learn and certify anything.
If anyone at a mid-range level, they can't sustain with more satisfaction.
You are giving learning chances to all, but you are only taking experienced persons for new skills on projects. You are helping with upskilling, but not with utilizing or giving opportunities to those who have upskilled.
