Pros

You will gain some friends and other skills.

Cons

The process is really slow. It took 3 months and I needed to follow up with the recruiter. My health card cannot be used when I need it in big hospitals like St. Luke's QC. There's no increase. You don't want to be on the bench because even if you don't have a project, you will need to go to the office every day. You need to take screenshots for time in and time out. Micromanaging.

Advice to Management

Improve your management.

Most of you at the top do not know that most of your workers are having mental health issues already.

Some of the project leads don't care for their people.

Overtime, thank you. Health doesn't care.

And you also need to consider those who are on the bench. Let them have the projects before hiring new employees.
