The selection process lasted approximately one month, during which I went through several interviews. Everyone who interviewed me was respectful and cool. It's noticeable that the general atmosphere is like that.

Everything was going well in all the interviews. I even had an onboarding date and, in turn, the medical examination. Two days before the last one, they called me and told me that they had hired someone else for the position I was going to occupy.

I applied through a recruiter. Tech interview: talk about some coding examples for automation, then interview with the country manager. It was more like a culture fit call, nothing technical, with questions like why you want to join, etc.
