Assistant Software Engineer (ASE)
There were three stages in total, and the process was quite professional. However, it takes a significant amount of time for them to provide feedback or get back to candidates.
Associate Software Engineer
It was a comfortable and nice experience as a fresher. The interviewer was very friendly. Questions were asked around the resume. It was not very long, almost 15-20 minutes only. But it might depend on the interviewer.
Application Development Associate
Three rounds of aptitude, then technical, and at last a communication assessment followed by a technical interview. It was nice and sassy, and the interviewer was nice to me. He asked a couple of questions and was happy to hear about me.
