The work culture in Accenture at a higher level is fabulous.
Although the work culture is good, your growth or promotion depends on how close you are with the managers/supervisors. Some projects don't even have team outings or a proper structure for giving appraisals. The HR in the company are incompetent and don't have any idea what the rules or regulations for Accenture are.
