Good place for full-time employees to stay longer.
Hikes and promotions are also good for FT employees.
- No hike and increment for contractors.
- Not a good company to stay for longer as a contractor without any increase in payout.
Kindly make some new process or rule so that our contractor employees will also get benefits, even though they are also working like full-time employees.
