Pros

The management is great. High growth opportunity. Decent pay. Good benefits.

Cons

I would give more stars, but the reason I’m only giving them two is because everything about this current project would be great if it didn’t feel so unsteady all the time. I’ve been here for years, but I constantly feel like the client is going to shut the project down at any moment. Honestly, feeling so anxious about possibly being out of a job all the time stresses me out. Accenture constantly sets themselves up to fail by hiring a ton of crappy workers just to put bodies in the seats, instead of taking the time to hire quality workers. Those crappy workers don’t do their jobs. They call out all the time, or when they’re here, they’re never at their desks. They pretty much use the project to collect a paycheck without doing anything. This is looking bad to the client, and why they end up closing so many queues at our branch.

Advice to Management

Please just take the time to find good employees. They’re out there. You might have to do a little bit of work: check their background, check with their past jobs, ask them the right questions in interviews, and really figure out if they have a strong work ethic.

Do this, and you’ll solve your problem. Don’t, and your clients will continue to lose trust in you.
