Cons

-Accenture Flex and Accenture are not treated the same. I worked with Accenture Flex, and often times the benefits are not the same as the main Accenture company (e.g., holiday time off will use your PTO). -Upper management leadership has a lot of growth to do, as they rely on overworking employees to get the job done. -It's a big company, so perspective is often lost at times.

Advice to Management

Before I get into this, I want to emphasize that my experience is from working in Accenture Flex, which is Accenture but also a separate company. So, my experience may not be what other employees experience in actual Accenture.

Upper management may need more training to better their communication skills. While efficiency and effectiveness are important to every company's success, the largeness of the company shouldn't hinder the operations of the floor. However, I don't want to focus just on the bad experiences, as I also had some amazing experiences that grew my career and would love more members of leadership like that.
