Constant surveys on all aspects of the company. A global company means dealing with out-of-country employees when using services, making connecting or understanding sometimes difficult.
Great idea to address performance individually based on that person's capabilities, but give some basic concrete expectations for us older employees who are used to being given clear guidance and goals.
