Everything is concealed, from butt-licking managers to selfish leadership.
They destroy your confidence each day by telling you [things] in front of everyone.
No one comes for help when you actually need it.
Don't believe all the positive reviews; they try to scapegoat you whenever possible.
Please get out of the organization.
