Benefits:

  • Communication allowance
  • Flexi benefit

Good salary pay and great teamwork between colleagues.

Cons
  1. No work-life balance
  2. Toxic RDC QA management

Don't join Accenture, especially for an RDC project as a QA, because they currently have the worst QA manager imaginable. This individual is incompetent to handle multiple regions, always hides behind the application lead, is unprofessional in replying to emails, lacks communication skills, always whispers, and doesn't speak clearly. They even used experienced resources to gain the client's trust, but after a successful go-live, they replaced those experienced workers, especially those still on probation.

The QA manager, Application Lead, and HR representative for RDC gang up to hold unreasonable evaluations. That evaluation has a scoring of 1 to 5, but the scoring is as follows: 1: 99.70%, 2: 99.80%, 3: 99.90%, 4: 100%, 5: >100%. Could you imagine? Then, they terminate those people even though the client has no problem with you, after all sleepless nights and successful deliveries.

Advice to Management

Please check and take action on the three mentioned roles in the RDC project's comments before it's too late.
