Good pay, good benefits, and it provides a lot of training and extra-curricular activities.
Biased management. The project I'm in only promotes those who want to kiss up to the SDL. The SDL makes life hard for most when the account is actually easy by working people like horses despite not paying them the right wages. No room for growth when you're stuck in a project. And the facilities are awful compared to their number one competitor.
Be fair and promote by merit. Listen to what people are saying instead of pretending you care about their wellness when you don't.
The interview was smooth and good. Initially, the interviewer introduced himself, his role, and project details. Then, basic manual testing questions were asked. Detailed answers helped me to share my working experience with the tool and its concepts
Initial screening, technical assessment, and interview with QA team. Topics include automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and coding skills. Potential hands-on coding or test scenario exercise. Follow-up discussions and offer negotiation.
Easy process and feedback on time. There were 3 rounds for the Senior Test Engineer position: * HR Round * Technical Round * Manager Round I applied through referral. Easy interview.
