Great colleagues to work with.
There is work-life balance.
The "client is always right" mentality, which can't be helped due to the company's nature. There is a distinct hierarchy culture where you cannot speak directly to the big bosses or HR; you must go through your team lead. This job is not for bold and direct people. At this point, there isn't much progression.
Be more flexible and learn to treat your employees just like how you would like to be treated. More engagement is needed.
The interview was smooth and good. Initially, the interviewer introduced himself, his role, and project details. Then, basic manual testing questions were asked. Detailed answers helped me to share my working experience with the tool and its concepts
Initial screening, technical assessment, and interview with QA team. Topics include automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and coding skills. Potential hands-on coding or test scenario exercise. Follow-up discussions and offer negotiation.
Easy process and feedback on time. There were 3 rounds for the Senior Test Engineer position: * HR Round * Technical Round * Manager Round I applied through referral. Easy interview.
