It’s all about who you know with this company. You’ll likely never go anywhere based off of your job performance alone. You’ll need to work 60 hours a week and be the big man’s best friend to move up.
The job will wear you out physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s a technical company, and unless you have a background in technology, you’ll likely never go anywhere either.
