Accenture is a great company to work for on social media, diversity (blah blah blah), dynamic, but all of that is confined to LinkedIn. In practice, everything is different. My people lead is extremely rude and hypocritical. When I requested an international transfer, I heard from my people lead: "There's no free lunch." She never sees my side, only the company's, and that was the biggest cold shower. She pushes hard for training, but doesn't give you time to do it with your client demands and your life outside of work. I have a life beyond work. The GPTW company doesn't accept evaluations from those who have been there longer, only from those who have been with the company for 2 years and whose careers are not stagnant. After being evaluated as the best company in the country, they don't even give a fair salary increase. They cut the PPR (Profit Sharing Program) in half. If it weren't for the union, we wouldn't even have a collective bargaining agreement. It's presented on LinkedIn as a great company and they forget about their employees who make a simple request. If I wanted to travel to study, I would have to request unpaid leave because, even though the company is globally established, they are conservative about cross-border transfers. I can't believe I've been with this company for 10 years, but according to my people lead, the client pays my salary. So my registration on my employment card with their CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) is just a decoration.!!! Of all my managers, this is the worst one, inhumane.
Terrible management. They don't care about employees. They only care about projecting an image that doesn't exist to the companies they provide services to.

Demitam o people leads, e a empresa crescerá. Terão pessoas que trabalham de verdade, e não só ganham para cobrar cursos de seus funcionários. Na verdade, a ACC deveria chamar seus funcionários de colaboradores, porque somos funcionários de nossos clientes, e eles nem sabem quem ganhamos tão mal assim! Às vezes, tenho até vergonha de falar que trabalho para Accenture, porque o mercado sabe que vocês pagam muito mal. Tenham os benefícios e paguem bem! (Sabe por que não tiram? Porque no Brasil, vocês deduzem impostos com nossos benefícios)!!!!
