On-site presence is mandatory at least once a week. For some projects, it's even daily. Promotions happen only once a year.

Senior Frontend Developer
It was a conversation-type technical interview with different questions about JavaScript and React. They also asked some behavioral questions, and there were some tricky questions too. Overall, it wasn't too bad.
Junior .NET Developer
The interview process was good, not too hard and not too long; everything was fine. Not a bad place to work at. They ask a lot of technical questions and cover everything.
Solutions Architect
One HR round, one Manager round, and a final Team Lead round. All interviews were pleasant and welcoming. There were several issues with time zones when scheduling the interviews. Overall, a good experience :)
