Pros

The company is huge, due to which job security is there. Even if your process ramps down, you will be transferred to some other process. If not, you will be given a chance of 2-3 months paid, in which you can try finding jobs internally and externally. Specific HR is assigned to help you find a job internally. Internal employees are given preference at that time.

Cons

Though you get stability at your job, you won't be getting paid what you deserve. The basic salary increment will be based on your yearly performance, and good performance gets a max 10-12% hike. It's not fair; if they hire new employees from outside, they pay them more but can't pay internal employees the same. Promotion is also biased. No matter how hard you work, at the time of promotion, managers will look only to their favorites.

Advice to Management

At least, look at employee performance unbiased at a higher level so that managers do not get a chance to do this kind of favoritism, which is making Accenture lose their loyal employees.
