Overall, a good experience working with Accenture
The campus is fantastic, and the people make the working environment truly enjoyable.
I'm currently working on a project where my compensation doesn't align with my skill set. While I contribute my expertise, it seems that my efforts aren't fully recognized or valued.
Increments should be aligned with an employee's contributions, considering the value they bring to both the company and its clients.
