I have dedicated 5 years of my career here, consistently giving my 100% and delivering results. Unfortunately, it feels like employees are only truly valued when they decide to resign.
For the past 2 years, I have not received any salary hike, despite rising living costs in a metropolitan city making it increasingly difficult to manage expenses. The only hike I received in my 3rd year was just 5%, which is far below market standards for my role and contributions.
It’s disheartening to see that loyalty and consistent performance are not rewarded fairly. Competitive pay and recognition are essential to retain talent, and I hope the company reconsiders its approach to valuing long-term employees.
The interview process took a month. The interview was smooth for me, with some technical questions. However, the project interviews after getting in were tough to handle. One should be prepared for anything.
Three rounds of interview: First, with the Accenture Team HR and hiring manager. Second, with the prospective client panel. Finally, with the team you will be working with.
Technical -> HR interview. Interviewer asked various questions regarding testing and concepts. Java concepts. Basic HR questions: describe yourself, how you are maintaining basic software testing concepts.
