There are few projects that are unhealthy. They don't manage the juniors well.
Often times they are taken for granted. Most tasks are assigned to them and they are paid low, especially those in contractual service.
Please pay junior employees or fresh graduates well. If you can hire them directly after a service contract, rather than renewing it only for another year. Most of the contractual employees I worked with on specific projects are SMEs, really involved with the progress of the project. They spend frequent overtime.
