If you were friends or family of management-level Indian people, you don't need to work and can stay at home every day. Money is easily made.

Cons

If you are not favored by people leading, don't EVER think about a rate raise. Those Indian people leading, they evaluate your rate by their own preference rather than your performance.

Advice to Management
  1. Recruit people who could do people/project management.
  2. Management level should stop stealing money from the client (Gxxgle) by hiring their wife and friends to the team.
