This is with all companies, I guess. They don't reward existing employees. They are ready to give huge pay to incoming employees but minimal to existing.

Initially, there were three rounds: technical, coding, and communication. After that, you will have an interview. The interview was easy and focused. It was around 15-20 minutes only, mainly on basics and behavioral-based questions. I'm still waiting
