There were 3 stages: the initial candidate interview, the technical interview, and the job proposal one. In all stages, I had feedback given. All the interviews were fast and clear, and in a 2-week notice, I had an offer.

It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)

The interview process typically involves: * Application * Resume review * Initial screening * Multiple rounds of interviews * Skills assessments * Reference checks * A final offer or rejection decision. It was quite long and exhausting.
