I recently interviewed at Accenture for a consulting role. The process involved multiple rounds, including a case study and a behavioral interview. The interviewers were friendly and professional, and the experience was challenging yet positive.

After the interview, the salary discussion provided a salary lesser than my current CTC. They stated this was the approval they had. Then why did they schedule the interview? I am very disappointed with the overall process.
