Good company. Although it depends on the project as well. Some projects are really busy with a lot of workload, and some are very chilled out. You will not be asked to stretch or work on weekends unless it is very much necessary.
It has 10 hours of work timing. Sometimes, as a senior employee, you feel the work you are doing is not up to your level. Any newcomer can also work on your behalf. Although they have an extensive learning portal, learning on a project level is quite limited sometimes when you are the only resource working on the project in your technology.
Also, their interview process is not very transparent. Some people don't even get jobs even after clearing all rounds; they are put on hold, and nobody knows the status of your hiring.
Similarly, their internal processes are not transparent. You never know when you will be pulled out of a project for different work, and you will not be able to provide your opinion on your hiring, your interests, or your experience.
Competency exams are highly theoretical and deep. In my opinion, a competency resource should be based on real-time project work, skills, and dedication, and not based on some exam.
There are a total of three rounds (medium to hard level). 1. Technical (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices) 2. Technical (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices), scenario-based. 3. Managerial
It was quite easy, just from the resume. My interview and OA had two parts. First, they asked about basic MCQs, and the other was DSA, easy/medium LeetCode.
Round 1: Coding + MCQ question (technical). It included aptitude, MCQ, Python code, DSA, and frontend and backend code. Round 2: HR Interview, basically around the resume.
