Pros

Easy to change domain/technologies within the company. Good for freshers and ASEs who start their career from here. Most things here depend on projects/managers, and the number of good things is less.

Cons

No hike for 2-3 years for experienced lateral employees who changed companies and joined them. Variable pay is a dream come true! If you ask about a hike, the reply is, "You can change jobs and get a hike." Max 40k-50k per annum, though actual variable would be around 1.3L-1.8L for mid-level employees with 5-8 years of experience. Each time, supervisors will compare you with other seniors who would have 9-10 years of experience. Most of the projects have no work/time limit; 11 hours a day is something very normal for months. Senior members/managers continue in the same company for decades and clarify that you have to maintain good relationships if you want to survive in respective IG's and a high level of politics to maintain their position/value.

Advice to Management

Get involved with team members, not leads and managers, and understand the problem.

Replace managers and leads every 3-4 years across the company/domain.
