They have a very flexible work mode, as they were allowing work from home even before COVID. Policies are also good. The hike is also good.
The only con is variable pay, as it's 15.65% of your fixed package. They never pay you the full amount unless you are promoted or very close to your manager.
Please work on the variable pay factor.
