Good job for beginners. Possibility to gain some experience.
Low salary in comparison to market standards
3 stages. Initial recruiter call - high-level view of experience and questions regarding alignment with the JD. 2nd stage: a deeper dive into CV and more technical questions about experience and projects, with a manager at Accenture. Final stage:
An HR analyst contacted me on LinkedIn and offered me an interview with the area managers. The process was too fast. They interviewed me on Friday and on Monday they told me I had been selected and wanted me to start working for them in a week.
First of all, the interviewer didn't join the call, so an alternate person took the interview. The selection process is worst; in spite of giving all the answers correctly, I got rejected. The selection criteria were not specified.
