Steady paycheck. You can cruise around for years if you are technical, as many here lack that skillset. There are plenty of clients and projects for you to cruise around for years.
Decent benefits, 401k, and stock purchase.
If you are technical and can code, beware. The culture here is they place you with plenty of clueless folks who know little to nothing about Salesforce, or can't even write code.
You will see where the favorites, who can't even handle the functional side of Salesforce, get promoted while you do their work without acknowledgement.
Leadership always incorrectly staffs folks on projects – that is, putting functional folks in developer roles and developers into functional roles – and wonders why projects end up failing.
