It has been given a bad reputation that I don't feel is so justified. While it's good to start with, when you keep climbing the career ladder, the salary improves considerably. Not at an international level, but it's good.
It has benefits that are valued (others not so much), but the credit on orders, the reimbursement for internet, and the extra vacation days are very good.
What I didn't like was the system of people leads and counselees. Once you reach a certain level, they start assigning people to you to mentor in their careers. While the initiative is good, it can sometimes become very draining. Having to get all the information about how the person is doing on a project you don't even know, how tedious talent discussions are, etc.
The process was easy and it happened on a video call due to COVID. The HR updated interview results on time. The questions asked were technical, and coding questions were also asked. I had to perform them and show the output by sharing the screen.
A rip-off. First they told me it was to work as a .Net Developer and then it turned out to be fullstack with Angular. On top of that, they are not known for being fast or for offering good salaries. A very mediocre company.
It was very long. An English exam, a logic exam, an interview by HireValue in English, and filling out a form. Then, a 2-hour group Teams interview where they told us about the proposal and asked us to introduce ourselves.
