Accenture has some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people. We have a very diverse workforce.
I think their process for promotion and evaluation of what people should get for raises needs to be improved. I think this is one process that many companies today struggle with, hence the rise in employee turnover in the US as a whole.

It was a very good experience, and the interview process was also smooth. The questions were moderate and apt, and much relevant as per the job description. The rounds were timely and well communicated.
