Accenture offers 6 months of paid leave and, if needed, 3 months of leave without pay. Additionally, with the 6 months of paid leave, they provide one more month of medical emergency leave in case a mother or child needs extra care.

Cons

Some projects, especially from the FS domain, don't have the option of WFH. This becomes a challenge during pregnancy.
