Good hike, but at a cost.
I joined Accenture one year back, and since then I have been facing issues. People with poor knowledge and experience are made team leads, which hampers the entire project.
These so-called leads plan the project very badly, which creates a lot of burden and impacts work-life balance.
There is no proper hierarchy within the team, which causes team conflicts and ego issues. It's a very unhealthy environment.
There are no ethics at all. Honesty is not appreciated, and there is a hell of a lot of politics.
It was a smooth interview process; moderate-level questions were asked. I got a confirmation email within 2 days. After the HR round, they released my offer very fast.
