Above average projects. So-called brand name.
Highly disorganized company. Management does not care at all about the employees and is not aware of what's going on in the project. They work with the mentality that everyone is easily replaceable. They only care about timesheets and whether client and Accenture timesheets are matching or not. That's the only communication we had in the last one year I worked with them. A total nightmarish experience. No one from Accenture is approachable. When you express your concerns, they get irritated. Think 1000 times before joining this horrible organization.
