Good work culture. Good work-life balance. No one will micromanage. Not much work pressure. When the market is up, you will get a proper hike.
No one will recognize you for extra effort. You won't get a hike when the market is down.
Please give something for hikes every year. So that everyone will get motivation automatically, and also recognise people who are putting in extra effort.
