Absolute disorganization. Nobody knows who to go to for any procedure, and you have to guess. Communication with other departments is very difficult, and even with supervisors. I was without an assigned project for two months. There is no flexible schedule, although depending on the project they can make temporary exceptions. You are just a number; that's what a company so large has.
