Accenture is a company that has an endless list of pros. I will try to list some of them:
- Decent hikes yearly.
- Recognition of good work.
- Transparent process.
- Female-centric company.
- New technologies, so there is always scope to learn something new.
- On-site opportunity.
- Cab facility.
- Mid-year appraisals.
- Nice pay and hike on promotion.
- Work-life balance is good.
I haven't experienced any cons so far in my four years on this journey.
