I applied for the position a month ago and was shortlisted for an interview. Despite the scheduled interview, I haven't received any calls or follow-up. Could you please provide an update on the status?

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I waited for 20 mins but the interviewer didn't join the call. I asked HR to reschedule the interview, and it is not rescheduled till now. I am not sure what is the issue here. Why is there no communication
