No feedback, no communication
Plenty of work to do.
They fired me without even giving me feedback first. You'd think they would communicate their concerns to give me a chance to improve after trying to work me to death, making me work evenings and weekends with no time off. When I started putting in for overtime, they found a couple of excuses and fired me.
At least learn to talk to your devs to see if anything is affecting their performance before kicking them out the door.
