Plenty of work to do.
They fired me without even giving me feedback first. You'd think they would communicate their concerns to give me a chance to improve after trying to work me to death, making me work evenings and weekends with no time off. When I started putting in for overtime, they found a couple of excuses and fired me.
At least learn to talk to your devs to see if anything is affecting their performance before kicking them out the door.

It was good. Simple interview. It took only 5-10 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly. He made me feel comfortable. Interview questions were of less difficulty. I had no prior preparation for the interview, but I was still able to crack it.
