Too much process-oriented. I don't like the review process.

LeetCode tech test / standard interview from team lead. Asked a bit about previous experience and how I would go about facing certain technical issues, trying to get a feel for how I solved problems & dealt with challenges.
First step was an average difficulty HackerRank (by internship standards). Then I had a phone interview where I was asked a couple of basic phone screening questions. I received a rejection letter 1 week later.
